Refund Policy

1. General policy

At Krishna Creations, we provide custom web development and digital marketing services. Because this work relies on irreversible manual engineering hours and custom architectural design, all initial project deposits are strictly non-refundable.

By commissioning a digital asset, you acknowledge that our team immediately initiates backend configuration and wireframing, incurring operational costs from day one.

2. Project cancellations

Either party may terminate a project via written notice. If canceled after the deposit is paid but before design or code is produced, the deposit remains non-refundable to cover onboarding and slot reservation.

If canceled during development, all completed milestones up to that date will be calculated and invoiced. Any unpaid balance for completed work must be settled immediately. Code and assets associated with paid milestones will be handed over.

3. Maintenance & hosting

Hosting, domain registration, and maintenance retainers are paid in advance. Funds allocated to server space or domain purchases are non-refundable, as they are transferred to third-party providers.

You may cancel ongoing SEO or maintenance retainers with 15 days' written notice. We do not provide prorated refunds for the active billing month in which cancellation occurs.

4. Service dissatisfaction

Our standard contracts include dedicated revision cycles. If the initial UI wireframe does not align with your vision, we use those cycles to adjust the design. Financial settlements for bespoke products are resolved through iterative revisions rather than chargebacks.

5. Refund processing (exceptions)

In exceptional cases where Krishna Creations formally agrees to a partial or full refund, such as accidental double billing, settlement is issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 standard business days.
